I wanted to explore the concept of a poster and how it is used. In the beginning I had a lot of great innovative ideas for my poster. These ideas changed and what I settled with was that I would use both sides of a paper for my poster. They would be three posters with designs from the front and back, making it six posters in total. The posters would consist of a verse each on one side, and an explanation or fact that links today to the contents of the verse.
The posters have a vey hand drawn feel to them, as I painted a lot of the things myself.

First Poster, front and back
The overall look was meant to be simple and well balanced.
Second Poster, Fron and back
In this poster I wanted to choose an element and then repeat it again and again, filling up the whole space, so that it seems as though it is being over consumed. I wanted it to look like it was being wasted or used too much.
Third poster, front and back
I wanted people to feel like there is something wrong when looking at this picture. I wanted them to feel like they need to change something in it to fix it. I purposely made some design mistakes, and left rough edges around. When i was painting the background, I made the stokes jerky and just painted where ever. I left the water cup on the paper so i would stain, and i poured a lot of in so it ran down ..
